The Annual Secret Severn Art Exhibition takes place at Footprint Gallery, Fusion, Jackfield TF8 7AP  (situated right next to the famous IGMT Jackfield Tile Museum). Artists (Shropshire based) accepted for the Exhibition will be asked to submit up to 8 pieces of work (wall art) for display. In order to keep the show fresh we ask that works must are new for 2023/4 and have not previously been exhibited at Secret Severn. We welcome applications from three dimensional artists (ceramics, glass, sculpture, textiles, jewellery etc. We will hang as many pieces of work as we have space for, but aim to display an average of 6 pieces of work for each applicant, but please be aware, to be fair to all, this is also dependent on the size of artwork. Remaining works will be kept in the holding area and hung as works are sold. *Please note, many of our buyers are not local so may want to take the works away as they are sold. In this instance, where possible we will replace with the same artists work.


If you would like your Open Studio to be featured please provide details below. There will be a dedicated area in the brochure for all Open Studios, they will be named on the map inside the brochure and each studio can borrow a flag to advertise outside their studio. Flags must be collected from Footprint Gallery returned at the end of the show. *please noteOpen Studios must be open10-5 for every day of the event *this has been a constant grumble from visitors

POP UP STUDIOS, Craven Dunnill Classroom and Tile Museum FEE – £35

We have a limited number of spaces in the classroom and the museum for artists who don’t have their own studio but would like to opportunity to have a space for the duration of the show. Participating artists will be required to work as a group and take responsibility for putting up signage, organising the layout of the space, curation, manning and cleaning/tidying of the hall at the end of the show.

POP UP WEEKEND in the tile museum yard FEE £15

New for 2024! A ‘pop up’ in the yard for the weekend of 14/15th September. We have a limited amount of space for outdoor stands/gazebos for crafts people for the final weekend of the event to coincide with the Gorge Heritage weekend.


We have a limited number of advertising spaces available in the booklet for businesses in and around the Gorge. If you would like to attract additional visitors to your business, this is a great opportunity as many visitors are also from further afield.

ALL artists will be featured in the brochure and including a photograph of your work, your name, website and social media. If you do not want this information to be published please state below.  Please follow the instructions regarding information required with your submission.

DEADLINE for applications is 31st January 2024 Successful applicants will be notified by email within 30 days and payment of fees must then be made within 10 days of acceptance.
